bd - Nokia files for Qualcomm patent exhaustion.

Nokia believes its long years of paying Qualcomm may be at an end. The Helsinki-based company has filed a Patent Exhaustion Case against the US vendor. In the German and Dutch courts, the Finns will argue that Qualcomm’s European patents are exhausted in respect of products placed on the EU market with a Qualcomm licence.
