New Nasdaq Symbol: ObjectShare, Inc. - Nasdaq:

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 1, 1997-- ParcPlace-Digitalk,
Inc. today announced the official change of its corporate name to ``ObjectShare, Inc.''
The Company's new Nasdaq symbol, OBJS, is also effective today. The name change
was approved by the Company's Board of Directors in August and by the stockholders
of the Company in September.
