To all with concerns about insider selling I say 'chill'. The article in the post says that "George Tomko, a director and senior officer, sold 25,500 during June to hold 674,455 directly and 117,030 in a registered retirement savings plan." What do I think about this? Well first it was months ago, second 25,500 shares represented just 3.1% of his holdings! (was 816,985 shares). Lets say he sold them for $4 each - thats just $100k. Maybe he needed money to purchase a BMW or something... I only wish I was as rich as him. On the other hand, the graph on this stock sure looks ugly. Perhaps we are bottoming out here?
