Richard-I maybe right after all with my guessing work that PWAV took SPCT business as you can see on the previous message ( wire news ).

I also want to let you know that anther press release just came out that PWAV signed distribution agreement with Lenbrook Wireless Group- see wire news.

Also from what I heard that a news release from Q & H commenting on PWAV receiving very large orders is exactly what I heard: orders came from the mega Shanghi, China/ Samsung deal.

I think PWAV just went down in sympathy with SPCT but PWAV came back up from 38 to 40 1/2 at closing.

However, I do not think that SPCT nees to fall this much due to possibly losing a customer. The business is big enough for several big independent players.

But I like said, I have predicted that PWAV to have several great quarters ahead. Here is my post on PWAV as I always make my estimate on PWAV prior to their earning. Earning out 10/9 after the bell. Of course, I could be totally wrong but so far my last two quarterly estimates were right-see PWAV message broad.

PWAV-

Rev $29 mil to $33 mil ( could be a bit high cause 3rd quarter is usually not a strong quarter, but I did take the China deal in as the reason for big increase. )
Earning $3.8 mil to $4.1 mil
Earning per share 22 cents vs 25 cents ( anaylst estimate 21 cents )

Cash on hand $45 mil to $49 mil
Total Asset $69 mil to $72 mil
Shareholder equity $43 mil to $48 mil
retain earning $24 mil to $28 mil
Total shareholder equity $52 mil to $56 mil
