All that may be true but if we can dry up their money supply at least they would have trouble EXPORTING their terrorism. That to me is one of the BEST reasons for the West to become energy self sufficient.

Becoming energy self-sufficient is a good goal, but it won't happen in our lifetime. The tree huggers won't allow it.

Nor can we dry up the terrorist money. It comes from Saudi Arabia, Iran, criminal enterprises and other sources. The best we have been able to do is dry up a few organisations financial resources. All that has accomplished is to force them to invent new ways to move and store funds.
