Welcome KRL Followers:

My name is Doug McFaul and I have recently been appointed a Director of KRL
Resources. I am also the Vice President of Tandem Capital Group which will be
providing IR services for KRL.

At Tandem Capital, we look at KRL as an excellent ground floor opportunity. The
current stable of properties are in the best areas of Canada and past results have
shown that the properties have enormous potential. You can view a full corporate
overview at tandemcap.com.

We are looking forward to KRL being able to get onto the properties and starting an
aggressive exploration program. The way it looks right now the first property to be
worked upon will be the Waston-Liard property in the Yukon-B.C. region. KRL
hopes to have the permit approved and a drill on the property around the middle to the
end of May. We will know more shortly as the President is waiting to hear on the
approval of the permit.

Once the snow leaves the Timmins area, KRL will also be commencing a trenching and
drilling program on the Cook property. The snow is expected to be gone by early
June. The Cook property has produced excellent reults in the past, including 54.17
g/tonne gold
over 3.96 metres and 8.57 g/tonne gold over 7.62 metres.
