Earnings Caution and comments:

If one intends to play earnings, then you should be sure to do your homework. If a company had extrodinary gains or one-time write off losses, it would adversely affect the comparison of 4 qurters ago. The better (i.e; safer and more profitable) way to look at it is if there were improved earnings each of the last three quarters, dicounting non-recurring gains or losses in particular quarters.

QDEK looks to continue on down tomorrow to me as well.

SIII and AET both look to make a bounce.

DATM - unless you bought this afternoon like Joe did, I don't think you will able to catch the bounce before it goes on down. After Joe's post yesterday I watched DATM at open this morning and realized it was going to rise fast and furious before the drop. Joe is a day trader, and as such he has the skills and acumen to make those plays. I do not recommend anyone who doesn't have real time quotes and a fast broker attempt to accumulate DATM in the morning because the profit taking will force it further down. Now, if Joe would consider telling us BEFORE market close that he is buying, that would be different....

just ribbing you Copia
