Thanks GZ. I hope this post is on topic. There are many terrorist groups as your header explains. It's a cheap way to fight an adversary that they are outmatched by on the conventional battlefield. Terrorism will escalate. The USA will have to do more at home to combat terrorists on our home soil. Such as the Dept Of Homeland Security push for a national ID system which Bush signed a security bill in late 2006 (I think) telling DHS to hurry up with that because they had been dragging their feet. Get er done! Unfortunately it's something we are going to have to have in order to combat terrorists on our own soil. Civil libertarian's will cry crocodile tears but it's got to be done now. The risk is too great not to.

In the beginning of the last century there was a battle starting between capitalism and communism. Capitalism really has been the age old financial system and communism the recent upstart system which finally fell to the trash heap of history from it's own ponderous weight. Now Wall Street style capitalism is sweeping the world as the best system (globalization) and the only countries resisting are one communist slave state and the radical Islamic countries who have their own system of commerce and banking that they don't want to give up. This clash has caused the rise in Islamic terrorism against the USA and is the current war we are embroiled in. And it's not going to go away. And I didn't even mention oil or Israel yet.

If it wasn't for my own personal religious beliefs I would be all for globalization because it's the obvious way for mankind to go.
