Unfortunately, it is hit or miss with Customer Service there. The more experienced reps. are in their Palo Alto office, and the newer hires are in Sacramento. The Sacramento location seems to be much larger, though, so the odds are against getting a Palo Alto rep on the phone. If you believe you are not getting a satisfactory answer, though, you can always request to have a supervisor call you back.
