Could be. And the Brits may be on to the key: Ignore them as much as possible. This is a just using foreign affairs to distract from domestic troubles. The Prexy and the mullahs were in trouble BEFORE this started. The average Iranian, not them or the nuke program, will be hit by sanctions and they know it. The Prexy and mullahs are using the crises to get the average Iranian to rally 'round the flag in the face of a foreign threat. If there's no threat, they are back to square one. And may be overthrown. A few years ago, they weren't that far from that. The man in the bazaar has had enough.
