"You are really being diplomatic by not mentioning that without Bush policy Egypt and SA (our "friends") would still be the regional powers." Well, I wanted to explain my viewpoint without ragging on Bush again. We have upset the balance of power there. Where it shakes out, no one knows. But no one is likely to be happy with the results for a long while. Likely not in our lifetimes.
