regarding BR - Stewart, you gave a good summary.
BR has a presentation in their website under "Investor relations" which goes through the financials. Important for me was that they expect organic revenue growth of about 6% going forward. This should be a cash cow business with low Capex requirements.
The valuation is not that tempting but it is important to note that they incurring about 40M$ in expenses due to going public. I would expect them to reduce that number going forward, it does seem high and looks like they are sandbagging a bit.
Based on the number i see, this stock is not cheap but I would guess that they can perform better than that going forward. I think benditlikebuffet is right on with an 18$ entry point.
