Bush has assaulted the Constitution in many shocking ways including the outrageously illegal domestic surveillance demands he made, trying to make it legal for Bush and Bush only to call anyone he wants a "terrorist" without telling anyone else and doing anything he wants. This should remind good Americans of the early 50's when the rightwing McCarthyists were calling many fine Americans who happened to be liberals "communists" and branding them to do anything they wanted to them. This is how fascism starts. With Hitler it was Jews, homosexuals and communists. With McCarthy leftwing liberals ("communist" only in name in the 40's when communism was not a dirty word and had nothing to do with what the Soviets made it), And now it's "terrorist".

What is a "terrorist"? Well only Bush can define what it means. Could mean anything, even a war protester or a political opponent. COuld mean anything.

PS: Bush also outright lied on TV saying he got court orders for all surveillances in the US. In fact he was deliberately avoiding the FISA court and congressional oversight. Who knows who he was spying on? We know some famous reporters, peace groups and even vegetarians were targeted.
