What, just for a water pump?

You can buy um off the shelf easily enough for a water pump.

Some wind power, a car alternator, some 12 volt car batteries and a mains voltage inverter and you are in business.

Chuck in a some solar panels just for some extra juice.

Hardly high cost.

I'm setting up my garage as "the bunker", I'm even thinking of fitting some Hepa filters. Not expensive if you know where to look. -g-
