that's a low end estimate. when you whackos force everyone to use them in the US, what's that 100 million households, how many lights per house ? I probably have 50, plus I'll need more because those bulbs suck. So that's an easy 5 Billion ,not counting offices,stores and everywhere else so we are probably talking about 10 billion a year. A little mercury here a little there and sooner or later we have a mercury problem. I guess you'll blame it on Bush or Reagan.
