Cascade; You can buy engraved reproductions of the BRE-X share certs in Toronto for $40. Apparently they are made by the same process as real certs, and look just like them. The only way to see if they are real is via the transfer agent, and they are not doing anything as they will not get paid for it, and they will not accept funds from you. A judge can get them checked. But for the $40 they will fool your broker/banker/girlfriend(are they the same)
