I don't think it has an abundance of towers. The deal with MPH TV is very unclear. It seems to be a digital signal piggy-backing upon the current analog system? The shift to digital OTA TV is going to change that game in many ways. The article that Slacker posted is most notable for it's lack of cost and distribution details on the handset side of the ledger. Another device in ones pocket isn't going to be a hit and being pedestrian, it won't work in cars nor commuter trains. MPH seems like a limited also ran good for PR.
