How stupid does a person have to be to not understand that any predictions on climate and weather are 'speculative findings and musings'. Next day Weather forecast I see now, for the next 24 hours comes with percentages. the rat brains cannot find with certainty what will happen in 24 hours but when speaking of decades in the future speak with findings. Not that is one mentally retarded musing.
