Yes, and Bush also said, "You are either with us or you are against us," which of course drew hysterical reactions from the Democrats.

The thing is that I've seen the Dems use the "bipartisan" buzzword all the time. When they were the minority, "bipartisan" meant making the minority viewpoint relevant. Now that they are the majority, "bipartisan" means what the majority thinks.
