You can't begin to comment on the worth/fairness of the bid without including that information. <As you can easily see by looking at today's trading in the RNG warrants, "Achieved price" refers to the $1.20 the warrants reached before the takeover was announced.> Never heard of the term... is that somehow meaningful?
