Haven't really followed up with the company, I guess I don't want to hear what they will say anyway. The big merger is 2 months late. I really didn't beleive it would happen. Mainly played this stock for a rebound and it has not happened. I can give you the names of dozens of these companies that have signed a letter of "intent". I can sign a letter of "intent" to buy Microsoft. BFD, see if I can. I don't think "letters of intent" hold very much weight, both legally and financially.
