Would it been a MORE step toward settlement and LESS "game playing" if Nokia had yielded lets say 100M USD per quarter? Were these last court filings in Texas and Wisconsin just a day after QCom CEO in an interview to Financial Times so hopes to avoid "Armageddon" in Nokia's dispute also step toward settlement or just game playing. Look in the mirror, just look in the mirror...
