Question regarding Hitachi

I did not see anything with regard to HItachi's 2.5 inch drives that shows any correlation between them and Wave. Does anyone know of anything different and could please show some article or tech spec that ties the two together with respect to this full volume encryption drive from Hitachi that Taxi Vader posted?
