Yeah OK, maybe you're right. Under the existing contract Nokia had to make a payment for their Q2 sales. They've just made it early and framed it in a way more favourable to their cause. Come September, they are still going to have to reconcile that payment within the terms of their existing legal commitment.

I hope Qualcomm sends the cheque back with a note saying that under the existing terms of our agreements Q2 royalties are not due until September 2007.
