Lupin has already stated that the chances of a preliminary injunction (prior to the trial) are relatively small.

Chances of receiving a preliminary injunction are small or the chances of filing for a preliminary injunction are small. I would hope that Qualcomm would file for the injunction regardless of the whether their request was granted. Filing for an injunction would increase the pressure on Nokia.

The government has shown a new protective stance with regard to trade recently with China. I wouldn't feel totally comfortable if I were in Nokia's....boots.
