TO ALL

Thank you for your posts. According to the last 10QSB, the company's book value per share is about $0.31. I was wondering why the stock price is less than that (1/8 = $0.125). I search the news about the company. The last two financing is related to borrowing from LA Jolla ($700,000 and $500,000). The company has an option of making the payments by providing (issuing) stocks at 70% of stock-price at the time of payments. According to my calculations (you may want to verify it independently), if this happens today it will result in around 13.7 million additional shares of common stocks (over 50% dilution).

Still, I thought that there could be future possibilities for this company and bought some shares. It is very speculative and if the management is unable to generate cash internally, they may need to borrow again and/or issue the above stocks. Good luck to all of us here.

Regards,

P.S. Does anyone know the management investment in this company?
