slacks- Whats all this fuss about law suits, the minutia of the law of patents, injunctions and the like?

1. Neither side is going to be granted an injunction.
2. Each one of these cases is going to take at least a year if not two to get into court. Whoever loses will go to appeal, another couple of years and then there may be another appeal layer ...another couple of years.

Call it four years, that takes us to the year 2011 or maybe even further. During this time there will be yet more filings, more statments from judges etc etc Bbut no final decsion.

Like it or not this is now going to be a way of life for these two companies and those of us that follow them on the threads.

Better by far to follow the progress of Q's business and hopeit continues to thrive and that Media Flo is a big hit.....BTW where is it and all the handsets?

Best,

L
