A dark object absorbs and emits electromagnetic radiation more than a light object.

What science ignoramus or habitual liars spout is that a darkening of the planet's surface effects warming. A dark objects emits heat and cools faster than a light object.

So called "black bodies" that absorb radiation well also give
up their energy in the form of radiation better than "white bodies".
