So let me get this straight.... NOK will soon be without a license from QCOM (4 days to go) NOK intends to use our IP without a license. (to me this equals theft of IP) NOK says we will give you a token payment for IP which we do not have a license for, and are using without permission, and the courts are supposed to look the other way and say NOK is playing the game "in good faith" so we will not punish them. I DON'T THINK SO!

The buyer and the seller must AGREE on a price. To pay less than the seller is asking is still THEFT any way you look at it. That is why QCOM must reject/return the payment, because to accept the payment may imply that QCOM is accepting NOK's terms.

Maybe NOK thinks we need the money so bad we will take whatever we can get. $20M is just chicken feed, chump change to us. Send the money back with a note that we don't need their charity!
