My brother fought in Korea and his unit was stationed next to a Turkish unit. He came back with INCREDIBLE stories about the Turks. For one thing, he said the Turks prefer to fight with long knives. Every night they would leave their trenches, sneak up on the chinese and cut as many throats as they oould. It was sort of like taking SCALPS and they did it FOR FUN not for strategic advantage. I could write volumes about the stories he told me about the Turks. jdn
