Therefore they are paying for 9/90 days of the quarter that they feel they owe, so 10%, meaning that they recognize that should the license not expire this quarter they would have owed the other 90% as well...so that's $200 million/quarter amd $800 million/year.

You need to flip the numbers....Nokia is paying for 81 out of the 90 days in the quarter.
