The OUII has weighed in on the recent ITC remedy hearings for the Broadcom matter. As far as I can see these words summarize the only change in their position ... Given the difficulty of assessing the value of intellectual property to the public, OUII would urge the Commission to decline invitations to apply a purely economic model to the Commission's search for an appropriate remedy in this investigation. edisweb.usitc.gov Isn't the ITC all about markets and economic realities?
