I think one significant fact that appears in the Bloomberg story is Noel's statement

"Noel said he stands by his view that Ascend does significant
business with only two of the Baby Bells, and only ``minor''
business with the rest."

In the original Bloomberg article Noel said Ascend did no business with baby bells except for 2. Looks like Noel got caught and is back pedaling.

I think Noel may have either a vendeta or an agenda and got cuahgt with his pants down at least a little. Mory should have come out fighting 60 days ago.
