I asked other investors I know and here is a list of answers I
recieved for why Fleet would do a reverse split or whatever prefer
to call it.

1 It could be that by reducing the amount of shares,they can raise
money through another placement?
2 Margin players can then trade this stock as they do not trade stocks
under certain levels?
3 A higher price on this stock would give the company more credibility
and prestige?
etc.

Can anyone think of any other reason?
