slacker, "This is just a very different way of thinking than in the US" Yes, I guess outright capitalism is not a law there yet, WTO an'all <g>. Maybe they still have the socialistic notion that the spectrum is public domain and that "the people" can decide how to utilize it, however they see fit? They also believe in having high taxes pay for publicly organized and executed healthcare and higher education, at least some of them. And it works surprisingly well, at least in some places! But there are protectionists in this country too - but they are not in absolute power, yet... Anyhoo ;-) Lars
