I think that sometimes you need to think about where you are going, and what you are wearing, and who you represent. Mz Pelosi's clothing was fine for the US. But she came as a representative of the Congress of the United States, and she should have shown some modicum of respect for their culture not her own. In their culture women dress quietly. Perhaps pants with her suit so her legs were covered, or a long skirt and a scarf. Perhaps she could have shown some real respect and stayed home.
