I run Norton anti-virus and each week it comes up with the following on my PC:

Source: hbinstie.dll
Description: The compressed file hbinstie.dll within C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\E3W9CQ61\spamblockerutility[1].cab is a Adware threat.
Click for more information about this threat : Adware.Hotbar

It recommends deleting and I do but it always fails to delete. I ran Ad-Aware Personal SE and it didn't detect it. Any suggestions?

TIA,

John
