That if she violated the Logan Act, it is something that happens a lot. The Act has never been applied to a member of Congress, despite a long history of such trips.

So why her and why now? Oh yeah, Bush is trying to duck and cover. Anything goes. Outing CIA agents, or anything else he can do to save his hide.
