I think the underlying issue with Ejabat and Noel's comments is: -Ejabat in a presentation earlier said that they did business with all the seven bells and the business was fine possibly implying that they had significant/measurable business with all of them -Noel did not beleive this and went and checked, and he found that the level of business with other than two is insignificant and possibly slipped when he said no business in the earlier press release. I am willing to accept that Noel was not careful when he said no business is done but that is a matter of technicality. I am suprised at how ASND bulls will readily forgive all the slips on Mory's part but none on the part fo analyst. Could it be just possible that Mory was being over-enthusiastic in promoting and talking about their business with the 7 baby bells and Noel caught that. we will not know the answer until we know the difference in magnitude of the business between the 7 baby bells so I do not consider the answer that clear to me and the "case closed" because the lame excuse of short sellers that Mory gave for not holding a conference call could be an attempt to divulge the bad news slowly with the hope taht the pricee will go down gradually; he has still not come out clean with investors and he still thinks they can choose a price path for ASND. Mory is known to have made promotional comments out of enthusiasm that did not bear out later, is Noel known to have done the same? As I said, I also think it is possible that Noel is playing dirty tricks here but doing it obviously has a lot at stake for him but will listen to arguments in that direction as well. I had a dull evening today so I decided to type all that out, what the heck...
