I think another view is good. The thread does tend to be somewhat biased. I try to be objective but since I don't own any NOK stock anymore I just don't know the situation on the other side. Mostly, I try to post various scenarios. I don't think the legal situation is all that clear. We don't know the specific provisions in the licensing agreements or the options, but can only speculate based on what are common provisions included in such contracts. I personally think that the litigation will largely be a stalemate with neither company obtaining much of an advantage.
