Sam- I propose you change the orientation of the board to --If global warming was an impending issue which sectors and particular companies would you invest in for max gain... This would move the conversation off the debate of whether or not global warming is here or coming--

I would answer my question with some examples:
1. companies which manufacture desalination equipment (convert ocean water to drinkable and agriculturally-usable water)
2. companies which create high bred grain seeds resistant to drought and accompanying pests
3. Major engineering companies that focus on building dykes and coastal preservation
etc
etc
