I'm not unfamiliar with John Sowell... Try Thomas Sowell. What makes him a scholar is his development of Hayek's paper on the uses of knowledge in society. Knowledge and Decisions and his ....and Culture trilogy alone make him one of the preeminent thinkers of the century past. Shame that folks of your shallow persuasion will never know.
