Bob,

Waht's your take on this filing? The way I understand it they want to 1. Reverse split the existing stock 10 for 1.
2. Issue 50,000,000 new shares after the split.
3. Change the name of the co.(this is the easiest to understand)
4. Sell A and B warrants, .16 and .20 excercise price.

1,2,3 all need shareholder and board approval, prior to 4 taking place.

The hard part for me to understand is why the co. would split, reverse the existing shares to shorten up the outstanding number and then turn around and dilute them again by issuing 50M more shares. Am I reading this right?

Comments would be appriciatied
