The actual "facts" of the situation may never be fully clarified. But you can bet the lawsuits will go on for years and the lawyers will make a lot of money. Development stage biotechs are risky enough as it is; the risk for IPIC has just increased geometrically. IMO, that is a good enough reason not to own the stock. I wouldn't short it, but I sure wouldn't buy it.
