Liar. Clinton's people warned Bush about Al Qaida in 2001, warned them over and over. And Bush and his people totally ignored the dire warnings. They did absolutely nothing against terrorism until Sept 5, 2001 when they had their first initial staff meeting, but even then they gave out no security clearances to investigators, and Bush clearly ignored the 8-6.01 memo warning of imminent attacks inside the US by Bin Laden.

"Liberals" (by which you dishonestly mean democrats) have proven themselves to be much better on counbter-terrorism. Terrorists have had no better friend than GW Bush. Just look at the results.
