Didn't we have a brief exchange here a week or so ago about blood pressure? Can't remember and too lazy to go back over the messages. I just read this in a newsletter I get. There is apparently considerable evidence that cinnamon extract can have a desirable effect on both BP and cholesterol. Since I have concerns about both conditions, I just ordered some and will see how I do. Anyone have info about this?
