Liar. Richard Clarke stated on TV under oath that he warned Bushies several times about imminent Al Qaida strikes and they ignored him. He also testified they disbanded Clinton's entire counter-terrori unit in the WH and did not replace it. He also said Condi Rice had never heard of Al Qaida (some security advisor). And he said that right after 9-11 Bush tried to pressure him into blaming it on Iraq.

All impeachable stuff. All huge crimes or derelictions of duty by Bush who is clearly unfit to lead.
