Well here's one I don't have (It's been on my watch list, and I just got darn sloppy and lazy in effecting a purchase.) Jeez though, what a premium to current price. (Stock thinly traded, not likely to have got many shares under .25, in my experience with it.) Anyway, from .08/sh. currently to .48/sh cash at completion, that is the largest premium percentage or multiplier, I ever remember seeing. That offer is six times current price!! Wow!!!!, the stock was really undervalued on fundamentals (which...sigh...I figured, but didn't act on), or worth a great premium as a strategic value to somebody. biz.yahoo.com
