More Iraqi Kurdish Backsliding [Michael Rubin] An Iraqi Kurd write that ten days ago, KDP security forces kidnapped and tortured the journalist Nabaz Goran, a writer at the independent weekly Hawlati after he wrote critical articles about corruption in the ruling Barzani family (He sent photos which I do not pass along).
