Is that a fact? How many shares do you need to have to get a proposal put on a proxy ballot?

And as I said, if MOT blows up when they report the March Q, he's going to lose a vote that says spend money on share repurchases. They may be faltering for 6 months or for 6 years, who knows? At the beginning of a corporate slowdown, you don't piss away your cash on share repurchases. You do that when things are humming along swimmingly but the shares are "undervalued" - that was the situation last summer, not now.
